 Internal Regulations - updated in January 2021. The Internal Regulations of the Council of Bureaux came into force on 1st July 2003 and superseded the Uniform Agreement and Multilateral Guarantee Agreement for all claims occurring after and claims not finally settled by 1st July 2003.
